The irony is that even if Biden can prove behind any shadow of a doubt that he had misspoken in that statement,
the statement itself is prima facie evidence to support any claim that the 2020 election was riddled with fraud. In fact, that statement alone should serve as the basis to dismiss any of these charges against Trump.
