Yes the diluting pesto with bechamel sauce would be good. Or just half amount of pesto
The Italian restaurants use only one type of pasta in flight. I’ll do mine with three different white/Alfredo w Linguini; green pesto with a short pasta - maybe bow tie Red/marinara type with reg spag or perhaps angle hair.. if I make this for family will be about 10 -12 of us. Might add Yellow- a scratch MAC /elbow
W/ risotto Sounds interesting but rather the whole dish that dark color maybe pieces or add ons. Green could be a touch of pesto to dish n other favorite green things added. Like brocolli, asparagus tips. Reds- touch of marinara with sundried tomatoes and maybe red peppers. White could totally incorporate Alfredo - would be a nice blend

Had quite a few Kitchen projects started n more to go. Have yet to set up kitchen the way it needs to be . Batchelor son had a nightmare n micromanages everything. He went to beach with family for week so I’ll get to do it right. I brought a lot of tools of trade-still in boxes- including new air fryer. The power issue is a problem n n be ritually no counter/work space- so food prep is challenging. But we learn to compensate

To clarify. I didn’t mean that the silent generation didn’t have the balls, I meant all those generations that came after.
I look at the MAGA movement.
Mostly Boomers and Gen X people.

It’s the younger generations that made me think we need a CW. They’ll keep voting for socialism/fascism until it all fails and they realize their mistakes. Prosperous countries don’t typically have CWs in this Era. So we might be heading closer to one now.
