I make a big batch of the picadillo with a couple of pounds of ground beef. Then we have it around to make stuff during the week. Hubby loves to make breakfast burritos. I like it on taco salad. The El Pato was really flavorful but it is hot! I have to tone it down for me and then he adds extra.
Thanks for reminding me about those boats. I’m going to pick up some rolls today when I go get prescriptions.

Granite places too. We are in the unique position of having had two kitchens done recently, so we can compare. The same people that did the first kitchen had a quote that was just slightly higher for the second per square foot. I checked out about five other places, three of them were about double the first place! Definitely taking advantage of all the new people moving in and remodeling and building. I find it despicable

Rep. Greg Steube (R-Fla.) announced he filed articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden on Friday.
In a statement, Steube’s office said he filed the articles against the president for “for high crimes and misdemeanors.” The articles feature accusations of fraud, obstruction of justice and bribery stemming from allegations of illegal business dealings and tax crimes.

I believe my immune system was strengthened by when as a child I ate dirt, sucked on rocks, and chewed the tar off roads. I haven’t been real sick in my life nor gotten Covid.
I recall a time not so long ago the public was told to stop using anti-bacterial soaps etc because they break down the immune system. But when Covid hit they had people using it on everything.
