This gal was emaciated and obviously carried “raw” way too far. I like raw foods, but I keep it in proportion. I drank a huge celery-ginger juice this morning. Meaning, I juiced an entire bunch of celery along with ginger root. Yield was about 26 fluid ounces.

I am not a vegan.

I recently read that many of the original settlers in what is now Washington state would go into what is called Salmon Starvation during the huge salmon runs in ancient times.

Salmon meat would be so abundant, and so desirable, that people would gorge on 100% meat for weeks at a time, and then become seriously ill, or even die.

Sounds like Zhanna needed some animal protein and chocolate candy bars!
