Awoman aboard an American Airlines flight caused quite the scene when she was caught on camera freaking out and heading for the exit over an apparent passenger she said was “not real.”
The bizarre, expletive-laden meltdown that went viral Monday reportedly occurred as the flight was preparing to depart Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
“I’m telling you, I’m getting the f–k off and there’s a reason why I’m getting the f–k off and everyone can either believe it or they can not believe it,” the woman yells as she paces to the front of the plane, according to footage of the incident circulating on TikTok.

Yeah, until she stabs you in your sleep to find out if you’re “real” or not.
Alcohol and psych meds.......not an advisable combo......especially when locked into a glorified aluminum tube hurtling through space at 600 mph.
Mental health treatment has utterly collapsed. Most psych docs are just taking the easy money from prescribing anxiety meds and ignoring the severely ill. Prison is now the best hope for the mentally ill or addicted to get help and treatment. Very sad.
That’s why I carry a couple of HVAC duct straps in my carry on. If we (passengers and flight attendants) have to subdue someone, I want a way to restrain them. Think a large economy sized zip tie.
Oh boy, that could have been a former neighbor of mine (it’s not). She and a whole lot of people in this country believe there are non-humans mixed among the population. She periodically forwards emails, videos, etc. so she has quite a few ‘friends’ on the same wavelength. She’s off grid - no electricity or public water in her house, vegetarian (pale, looks unhealthy), & has been arrested a couple of times because she does not recognize ‘governmental’ authority. If the lady on the plane belongs to those that think this way, probably a good thing she got off the plane. Also, in a SHTF scenario, my former neighbor will likely be a ‘survivor’.

I’ve heard of that before. The internet is a powerful & dangerous thing, especially for the gullible, susceptible, naive, & uneducated.

Was she maybe pointing to an empty chair...or a chair everybody else *thought* empty?
Maybe they seated her next to a bot?

YES! (Likely a completely normal looking person who was/is completely normal...). On the other hand, given how people present themselves in public nowadays, who knows?
