Re: tennis shoes. I buy mine slightly larger than I need, not large enough to fall off. I tie them just enough to keep them on but they’re still loose a bit. This way I can slip them on and off w/o untying and retying. One more thing, to keep them from untying on their own, I super glue the laces together.
This comes in handy when going through TSA.
That’s a neat idea but wouldn’t work for walking.
???
That sounds like a LOT of trouble/steps in the process, Jem.
They make very cute tennies....in every *level*, already set-tied and ready to ‘slip in’ to....they’re called Slip Ins....crazy, I know...

Sketchers makes a shoe (not cheap) that you can slip your feet into… I love sketchers because their wide sizes work really well for me but hoping the prices on the “slip ins” comes down
Stay safe Jem. prayers up for safety.
Re: tennis shoes
I wear Easy Spirit clogs, just perfect for sliding on and off.

I love that idea! I do slip my shoes on and off (everything that isn’t a hiking boot) but I do need to bend over to make sure the heel doesn’t get smushed.
