compounds associated with an increased risk of diabetes and its complications, such as heart disease, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, kidney disease, and cancer. Wonder if they would help with heart disease, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, kidney disease, and cancer if you do not have diabetes?

If a sea cucumber a day keeps Alzheimer’s away I will chow down.

5 layers deep-
That’s quite a word salad to get folks to eat nasty sea trash.

"...I will chow down...".
I pop a pill. (A capsule, actually.)

Which one?
I come from a long living clan and while we are generally healthy into our nineties we do decline after that.
I want to be able to terrorize my grandchildren.

Want to prevent or reverse diabetes? Stop eating carbs. Simple. N of 1.
To: GaltAdonis
Thank you for mentioning that. I was hoping it would be available as a pill. I’m not eating squishy stuff.

Depends on what the texture of the finished product is. Also, if I had seen live shrimp before eating any, I probably would have never eaten any. Having said that, I often wonder how clean our oceans and waterways would be had we followed God’s OT laws to not eat shellfish, catfish, and other bottom feeders. God never makes a rule without a good reason behind it.

And, for dessert, you can chow down on a blobfish (which will cure all pleasant dreams).
(Don't laugh. Rumor has it that one or two of these guys might be running for president in 2024.)
