Why I Oppose the Censure and Fine of Adam Schiff Congressman Tom McClintock - June 14, 2023 The Russia collusion hoax is the single dirtiest political trick in the history of American politics. We now know that it was entirely concocted by the Hillary Clinton campaign and ruthlessly used by partisans in the FBI to affect the 2016 election and then to undermine the legitimately elected president of the United States.
Mr. Schiff’s active role in promoting this hoax is disgraceful and damning.

My simple response: Saying known lies on the House floor is never acceptable, lying to the people is never acceptable, and saying lies that are crimes committed in office is never acceptable.
“...no one should be censored for errors of opinion or fact.”
These weren’t “errors of opinion or fact” they were deliberate, coldly calculated LIES told to affect designed to illegally overturn the 2016 election.
Why? Because I got a large manilla envelope and a six ways to Sunday calendar from two guys in khakis and sunglasses. They mentioned child pornography could be on my wife’s computer. Then a call from Chuck Schumers office, asking if I needed anything?
Never underestimate the cowardice of the Republican Party. Someone stops an administration for four years and has zero consequences.
Vote Him Out!
The best part of Tom McClintock ran down his mother’s leg.
Oh yes, Tom, not voting to sanction Schiff does condone his lying as part of the “dirtiest political trick in the history of American politics.” If Congress cannot be trusted to do as the Constitution provides and be the judge of the qualifications and conduct of its members, then the stink of Schiff’s misconduct extends to Congress as well.
Schiff should not be facing censure.
Schiff should be facing death at every turn
McClintock, you F’n idiot, Shiff would not hesitate to censure you for little or nothing. least we know who side you are on.
“no one should be censored for errors of opinion or fact.”
Seriously? Is McClintock that dense, that he thinks Schiff made “errors of opinion”?
Schiff and the rest intentionally lied, obfuscated, and slandered, in order to affect the outcome of a Presidential impeachment.
Those involved should be expelled, fined, tried, convicted, and imprisoned.
He doesn’t get it, if the shoe was on the other foot Schiff would hang him to death if he could.
Schiff committed a crime not free speech. Crimes are “Free Speech?”
Another Republican cuck.
If Adam Shitts activities aren’t grounds for censure, what is?
RLTW
Did McClintock really write “censored” instead of “censured”?

Amazing that this went 98 posts before someone pointed that out....
The SOB got caught. He domes from a district that doesn’t give a hoot about whether the guy is a crook or not. They will re-elect him.
This idiot, I guess, was asleep when the democrats tried to oust our people.
Schiff, knowingly lied. We’re not talking about being stupid, or having an opinion. They guy openly lied and also leaked false information to the press.
He’s perfect example of who should be removed.
No, the question is whether a member of Congress should be censored and fined for blatantly lying to Congress and the American people.
Both Massie and McClintock want to play by the Queensbury Rules while their opponents are street fighting.
What a sad lot.
Translated:
Congressman Tom McClintock supports big government going after a sitting president and elected officials - in this case Pencil Neck - promulgating supporting lies to the public.
Nice. /s
If I had my way, there wouldn’t be any rope left in DC and they’d have to truck it in.
It isn’t Schiff’s speech that needs to be censured.
It’s his actions.
Doesn't cut it, Tom.
"Speech" -- even "outlandish speech" -- is not the issue here, Tom ... and you damn well know that!
Lying over a series of months on a matter of national security, lies that directly and deliberately affected the ability of the President -- of the Executive Branch -- to excerise their responsibilitieis under the U.S. Constitution is the issue, Tom. And failing to condemn this behavior with even just a censure is immoral and it is a dereliction of your duty as a member of Congress, Tom.
I don't think even you believe your inane reasoning, Tom ... so how about being honest and explain why you just can't bring yourself to condemn the behavior of the disgraceful Schiff, Tom? Your behavior is completely out of character, Tom ... so what is it? Hmmmmmm?
Absolutely. What Shiff didn’t had nothing to do with ‘debating the issues’. Talk about needing to ‘turn back’. We need to turn back from allowing our elected representatives open delivering lies and complete fabrications from their position of power and prestige.
