LJ, you’re quite correct to question the logic of that post because it is the opposite of true. The UCMJ is especially designed to fairly try all domestic enemies of the Constitution, especially members of the military. Any entities that were part of the COVID cabal to overthrow the duly elected (and Constitutional) administration are exactly that - enemies of the Constitution; and if they worked to do this with foreign assistance, they are treasonous as well. And the proper term for a “cabal” is a MUTINY. Again, the UCMJ is specifically for treason & mutiny. Just watch what happens.

Exactly. I wondered if typos, or what!
Plumbers are a “nasty group on anti-American thugs” that are all connected that disseminate false information that sit in the National Security Division. They are a “cabal within the Dept. of Justice and FBI that are essentially the Gestapo for the left in this country”. They go along with the narrative flow to keep their job.
When do you call a plumber?
Ongoing investigations require…..
Oh, way longer than that.
.
D’Souza and Gregg Phillips are not liars. Nor is Gen.Flynn a “Paytriot” as that poster has asserted.
I have not seen anyone told not to express an opinion; I have seen the request made to a very small number of posters to not cite certain sources on the thread.
Again, those posters could very well post such material on their own threads, but, apparently they prefer stirring the pot of strife here.
TS or twitter or other? I want to share.

I am a former Assistant U.S. Attorney, worked on two Supreme Court confirmations, and clerked for two federal appellate judges.
The indictment and case against President Trump is outrageous and shocking.
But let’s get into the details.
Here are my 6 key points on the case:
(1) Interplay between the Espionage Act and the Presidential Records Act
A lot of my friends have spoken insightfully about the scope of the Presidential Records Act. I’d direct you to Mike Davis’s (@mrddmia) commentary on the subject, and also Michael Bekesha of… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
(2) Classification and National Defense Information
I want to reiterate this point because it’s really important:
Just because something is classified—even Top Secret, SCI, NOFORN, FISA, pick your alphabet soup—does not mean that it is National Defense Information (NDI) within… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
(3) Walt Nauta and DOJ Misconduct
Far and away the most troubling side story to emerge from this saga so far are the allegations made by Trump aide and co-defendant Walt Nauta’s lawyer last week.
You may have missed it if you blinked. Not surprisingly, the mainstream media has… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
(4) Attorney Client Privilege
The indictment relies on a significant amount of information received, in one form or another, from one of Trump’s lawyers, Evan Corcoran, who was compelled to testify in front of the grand jury. According to news reports, the argument for breaching… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
(5) Timing: Why now?
This is not a legal defect in the indictment, but it’s an important point. Why are they bringing this case now?
They know that Trump is the leading candidate for president. They know he’s beating Biden in the polls. They must know how bad it looks for a… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
(6) Jack Smith: Why him?
If you could pick any lawyer in the country to handle a controversial case against a former president, a case involving an aggressive, unprecedented use of the Espionage Act, a controversial law in and of itself, what lawyer would you pick?
You’d… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
This has been fun. Happy to answer questions, and I’m sure I’ll post more as the case proceeds.
It’s been pointed out to me that the final vote on McDonnell v. United States was 8-0, not 9-0, because Justice Scalia passed away before the opinion was issued.
My point still stands. The Supreme Court unanimously said that Smith overstepped and smacked him down for it.

Quit lying, ok?
JOS is a known grifter, not a conservative, as demonstrated back in (IIRC) post #1238.
And the request is not to censor conservatives, but to have posts which seek to spread dissension, to derail, or to plant (demonstrably false) claims attempting to discredit Q, put at the end of the thread, in Festival: not censored, which would be elimination.
House votes on resolution to censure Rep. Adam Schiff
The House on Wednesday moved forward with its resolution to Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., over his role in the first impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump. The House voted 208-218 on a motion to table the measure, rejecting a Democratic-led effort to stop the resolution from coming to the floor for a vote.
WHO CARES WHAT JOS IS!
THAT’S NOT THE POINT!
what composes 80%+ of FR’s articles?
Leftist and lying media. THAT’S what!
Throughout the site, ideas are exchanged, even though the source is in question. But in this thread, uhboy...better to shut out information not online with the mass formation in the thread. Ridiculous.
...quit lying?
Take your geritol dude and relax
Pretty serious over there.
Did they ever take over all the farms?
You subterfuge will not save you.
The difference is, leftist posts elsewhere on FR are presented as “look what the enemy is up to” whereas the JOS-pumping on the Q thread is designed to stealthily undermine the entire point of the thread by lying about Q while pretending to be on our side.
And again, lying through your foul teeth about “shutting information out from the thread”.
The request is that the posts be put in the thread, chronologically past certain marker posts indicating “free-for-all, many posting rules relaxed”...to include off-topic posts in general.
NOT banned from the thread in your slimy attempt at false equivalence.
I asked for explanation.
**************************************
I, too, requested an explanation regarding a comment. Although my question was finally addressed, the response was encompassed within a rant about a topic I had not personally broached on this thread.
There have been several posters/trolls over the years that I have skipped on by their comments. Although they may actually have shared/share something pertinent, I missed/will miss it ‘cause, to me, it’s like the kid who cried wolf. And the cr@p becomes tiresome.
Tired of all this!!!
Yes, great idea!!!
Start your own thread.
You could call it “Q”ueen Sh@t of Fart Island.
Have a good day.
I doubt if he did.
Dr. Tenpenny talks about him.
I haven’t kept up with the Dutch farmers lately, time to check on them. Totally horrible. The action has to start soon and I am sure it will. Now that election theft has gotten much more exposure, that was the last reveal, according to my theory.
You, nor your request of “along time ago” are not memorable. Like... At all.
You were mistaken. I was not. You were notified.
Dont count that as engaging you in conversation. ZZZzzz🥱
