California teacher who says she was fired for refusing to recognize students’ transgender identities files lawsuitLast July, the district “sent Ms. Tapia numerous, unfounded allegations,” accusing her of writing bigoted social media posts, “proselytizing during P.E. class” and not referring to students by their preferred pronouns even though no student asked her to, the lawsuit alleged.
To keep her job, the district ordered Tapia to withhold students’ transgender identities from parents, refer to students by their preferred gender pronouns to refrain from sharing her faith and opinions on social media and discussing religious beliefs with students, the lawsuit states.

Geez, I’m so glad I got out before all of this hit.
Especially glad that my kids didn’t have to go through this - but I would have pulled them out in a heartbeat given what is going on in public schools today.
California if beyond saving, articles like this are just another reason why reasonably sane people in California should leave.
Republicans can’t win a statewide election in California, they can win a congressional district here and there.
Statewide elections in California are not 90-10 in favor of the Democrats, they are normally something like 55-45 or 60-40, imagine if the results went to 90-10 in California because the sane people all moved out and went to states where the could make a huge impact.
Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado are 3 western states an extra couple of hundred thousand conservative voters could change the outcome of statewide elections.
I believe a successful long term strategy for Republicans should be to encourage all sane people in states like California, NY, Illinois and others to move to neighboring states where they can swing the state into the Red Column.
Had a neighbor that moved from Kali to Texas, she was a teacher that threw her hands up and retired. She said the Kali school system was a shit show.

I’ve said for a long time, the dominion machines are not the issue, it’s the people running the machines that are the issue.
Even if you got rid of all the dominion machines it would not change the outcome of one election, it’s the people and systems that are the issue.
Hand counting of votes doesn’t do anything to offset ballot harvesting, universal mail in voting, and many other voting issues.

You can either have Christianity or acceptance of sexual immorality, not both. The State is persecuting on the basis of religion, basically promoting the religion of ‘Pride’, and this teacher has the wrong religion.
If the machines have software that is vulnerable to tampering, then the machines are part of the problem. No different than when a plane falls out of the sky or someone’s vehicle malfunctions, if liability can be proven. The problem with the Dominion situation is that proof was not provided. And software is ephemeral, a few seconds is all it takes to totally remove all evidence.
Have you seen Minnesota (Coldifornia)?
Get rid of all of the Dominion Machines, the results won’t change one election.
I would also argue that human counting of millions of votes is not any more accurate than machine counting.
The issue all along has been things like ballot harvesting, universal mail in voting and early voting which the Republicans have no strategy on how to deal with.
