If the machines have software that is vulnerable to tampering, then the machines are part of the problem. No different than when a plane falls out of the sky or someone’s vehicle malfunctions, if liability can be proven. The problem with the Dominion situation is that proof was not provided. And software is ephemeral, a few seconds is all it takes to totally remove all evidence.
Get rid of all of the Dominion Machines, the results won’t change one election.
I would also argue that human counting of millions of votes is not any more accurate than machine counting.
The issue all along has been things like ballot harvesting, universal mail in voting and early voting which the Republicans have no strategy on how to deal with.
