DC is a Federal district and not a state.
It is under the jurisdiction of the US Congress.
It has its own US District Court.
It has its own legal code, as it is not a State.
I would suspect that, in an emergency, say, military rule, the military would then be under the jurisdiction of the Commander in Chief, the President.
Q told us that the crimes committed by the Deep State/Cabal were of such magnitude, and the courts so compromised, that there would be military tribunals. Civil courts will not be handling these cases.
A bigger question would be: who is the actual President of the United States right now? Who really won the 2020 election?

I would love to know why. Although people can go to other platforms, only YouTube has the huge amount of content already available. If they are feeling a backlash, then it must be absolutely huge. Either that or they’ve decided there was election fraud.
My husband is a big horse racing fan. We’ve had several discussions on the horse deaths. I told him we needed Laura Trump to investigate. She’s tops when it comes to animal rights and concerns. The greyhound dog races come to mind. And yes, a different situation but an independent voice needs to be heard.
