I've wondered if she received the 'real' Covid 'vaccine' and experienced adverse events, in which case I think they really would enact your theory "scare people into getting the shingles vax.' Shingles is among the more common adverse events from the Covid 'vax'.
I also recall Q talking about people feigning illness to escape prosecution. I remember Pelosi was incoherent and babbling steadily and then suddenly like someone turning off a water spigot, she went back to competing for Speakership.
So there is more than one Biden and I've wondered if all the stand ins are demented too; or why have the stand-ins act demented too? Perhaps having them all stumble around etc. may be meant to protect Biden from prosecution and position the dems to enact 25th amendment at their leisure. That's infuriating of course - let him wander off stage and talk to house plants until there's a strategic use for the 25th tactic.

My best friend has been in bed several days with an attack of this. She and her husband are both vaxed. My husband went by to check on a repair issue for them before they called a plumber and he started in on my husband about getting the shingles vax because “we have all had chicken pox” yadda yadda.
Hubby said we don’t even take the flu shot. Then he called and left a message on hubby’s cell phone giving him statistics about seeing a commercial about the vax and how many people will become ill without it. 🙄
I think lots of people are faking illness or mental incapacity in order to escape prosecution. Is Feinstein faking? Maybe. But the way she looks with the drooping /hanging eye seems like it would be hard to fake. JMO.
The whole multiple Biden thing has me flip-flopping. Unless he has had a lot of plastic surgery, I can’t believe it’s the same Biden from pre-2020 (or maybe earlier). He just doesn’t look at all the same to me. Not just the earlobe, but overall.
I am just itching to know the truth about this. Is Biden a fake? Are there multiple Bidens? How are they managing to pull that off? How many people know? How many people does it take to be in on the scam to make it work? Why? What are they getting out of this scam? How long do they think they can keep it up? How do they think they will end it? Fake death? Real death? 25th? Hang on until next election? .... and many more questions.
... and is it the White Hats (devolution) or the Black Hats (deep state) who are doing this?

We have seen comments that the “Biden” actors will eventually be revealed, and some will definitely surprise us.
I’m going with the above theory until proven otherwise. (c;
