Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is facing mounting pressure over his feud with Disney, with the corporation filing a lawsuit against him for steps he has taken to limit the expansion of its Disney World resort in the state.
On Wednesday, Florida Republican senators doubled down in their action against Disney, voting in favor of a new bill—SB 1604—that would nullify development agreements between the entertainment company and the Sunshine State.
Despite the heated battle, one claim shared online this week suggested that the Florida governor had a rather important personal history attached to Disney that he is trying to curb.

I guess it depends on whether or not the chapel in DW has been sanctioned by the Catholic Church as suitable. Or they might’ve had a separate ceremony in a Catholic Church before or after their destination wedding.
This is hilarious. I love it. So this is all the lamestream media has to work with to fuel their retaliation on DeSantis for his reining in the homo mafia. Talk about thin gruel.
Anyway, these hucksters are late to the party. The Orlando Weekly reported this back in November.

Given the current “pope”, everything in the catholic church is up for interpretation.
They got married at Disneyworld in 2009. Disney was already getting sketchy but not nearly as malignant then. So what’s the big deal.
How was the game? Did your team win?
(How was the play Mrs. Lincoln?)
If he did, then this is a statement of stupidity by Disney. They’ve got a guy who married at their property, yet, the can’t seem to make him happy.
He got married back in 2009, when he was still an active duty Navy officer, and many years away from his political career. And, of course, the whole “grooomer” thing hadn’t exploded out of control back then.
Yep, a big nothing burger.
Walt was a genius - NOT a creepy groomer like the creepy fools running the place now.
Besides, Reedy Creek was an Orlando/Walt agreement... A good faith deal based on joint benefits. Orlando was still a sleepy town at the time and did NOT have the means to oversee what Disney was doing. A small building department didn't have the means to oversee the quality of buildings going up - and in addition - all the buildings Walt was putting up were so far above Southern Standard Building Codes that it would be a joke to inspect them.
But to equate Walt with the groomers of today is nuts. The Reedy Creek deal NEVER would have been made with the scum running business today.
And DeSantis? He was like most of us - proud of Disney - proud they chose Florida. Don't give a damn if they leave now... Wish they had never come.
Disney betrayed all of us with their ‘teach sex to K-third grade crap.
It’s a small world after all.
A year ago, we attended a wedding at Disney World.
The Service was not a religious one, at all.
No mention of GOD or of History and the tradition of Marriage.
There were plenty of “Disneyesque references,” however.
Fun and Imagination was the theme. “Love,” not mentioned.
TRULY a plain affair. YUK
Great picture of Casey and Ron!
