It seems these bio labs are being run in risky countries to get around US laws and regulations. Maybe another law is needed to stop these labs.

Ah who cares. Everyone knows that lab leaks are the LEAST likely way for a pathogen to be released and spread in the wild. More likely a monkey having sex with a turtle and then kissing the offspring will spread more disease.
