I wish this were true, but if it’s a company larger than 1,000, I worry it would be the opposite.

At least some who do hiring are aware of trouble when they see it on a resume.

Hopefully it was put in the trash. Nothing good can come of having one of them on your staff.

I’m so glad I’m past the point of having to look for work. I’d probably piss off every single person who would call to interview me.

When people with their pronouns on their emails ask me for a quote I don't give them any breaks and will make my estimate high. Not only for the “woke” factor, but dealing with their usually larger and more bureaucratic company will take longer, cost more and take longer to get paid.

Recently, I’ve been getting a very few marketing emails from pronoun monkeys. I report them as phishing spam (since they’re “phishing” for validation).

He told me he did that.

Smart advice!
I used to bid our portion (HVAC) of construction jobs and you ALWAYS factor in the ‘PITA Percentage,’ depending upon who you’re dealing with. ;)

When people go to college, some major in math, science, IT.
Others major in gender studies, history of oppressed people,
The first group gets productive jobs that make the employer money. The second group gets jobs in HR and PR.

She’s spot on!! Thank her parents for raising a kid with common sense.
Lost my job when the plague started. When I started to look for a new job, the places that asked me during interviews what are my pronouns were I walked out of.
