I meant to comment on this red light stuff earlier. I bought a nice handheld one (cost me a lot lol) but I use it on my wrist and I used it on my neck. It has really helped my neck. My wrist, it helped with the pain, not the movement. But I give 2 thumbs up for red light therapy. 👍🏼👍🏼

Mike Davis does know of what he is talking about.
Really enjoy him on the WR especially when he talks about being the acting AG, acting because he says the Senate would never vote him in, under Trump and what he will do to clean up the swamp.
