I’ll see if I can find some.

My daughter’s dog knocked me down four years ago and tore some tendons in my ankle and foot. They healed but they healed too short. Doctors don’t want to help you when you get over 60 I guess.

The calf muscle in that leg cramps and gets tight if I do anything. That pulls on the tendons and causes foot pain and tendonitis. I ordered the book mentioned and downloaded a chart of the 4 trigger points in the leg and ankle so I’m going to try it. Stretching helps but not enough. I had nerve conduction tests on that leg because the muscle just below the knee on the outside atrophied. I need to find a way to relax and “unstick” that muscle to get it all working again. It’s a PITA. If I have a good day, I get out and work some and then the leg is knotted up so much that I can’t do anything for two or three days. Something to relieve the pain after working the leg would help. I can’t even walk my poor dogs!

Bunch of quack doctors. I’ll NEVER trust another doctor for as long as I live.

-—about that crampy calf muscle: Do you happen to be a “low salt” person? If you are, you might try licking a few sprinkles of table salt whenever you get the cramp. If you do and the cramp relieves in a few minutes that might point to a way to flex those troublesome joints a little more.

For my own part, I’m a salt baby and won’t make it thru the night without a thigh or calf cramp, at straight up midnight, if I go light on salt during the day. I straightened that whole low salt idea out with my Quack a lot of years ago.

Sux because orthopedists and GP’s are the most trustworthy.

Doctor slide...

It’s not just over 60, when I broke my foot, oh 7 yrs ago, I went to 2 ankle and foot surgeons who said I was fine and there was nothing they could do. So.. I did nothing but couldn’t walk on it, wear a shoe, nothing, zip, zero, nada. 3 months later, still in a boot I called my sister cryin’ and she said.. “Hey, don’t you have a podiatrist you like?” Love him, I said lol. So he’s retired but hired a young guy who took one look at my foot and said, “Well, that needs to be re-broken, scar tissue cleaned out, and a pin put in.”

Well, then, let’s schedule that. I paid cash, about 4 grand and got my foot fixed.

My wrist is still stiff and movement is limited, but it is far less painful, the pinky finger no longer bugs me as much, and piano playing is a bit better. So, I feel a bit hopeful for my wrist.

I don’t really care for my primary doc, he’s just weird. And I don’t trust any doctor that thinks the jabs are fab.

My son’s dog knocked me down a few weeks ago, I landed so hard on my rear end my neck hurt. So I think that aggravated my neck. I’m a pain in the neck hahahahaha.
