When I get cramping in my legs or feet, I spray it with Stopain or Theroworks, then walk around.
An ice pack on the cramp helps also.

I’ll see if I can find some.

My daughter’s dog knocked me down four years ago and tore some tendons in my ankle and foot. They healed but they healed too short. Doctors don’t want to help you when you get over 60 I guess.

The calf muscle in that leg cramps and gets tight if I do anything. That pulls on the tendons and causes foot pain and tendonitis. I ordered the book mentioned and downloaded a chart of the 4 trigger points in the leg and ankle so I’m going to try it. Stretching helps but not enough. I had nerve conduction tests on that leg because the muscle just below the knee on the outside atrophied. I need to find a way to relax and “unstick” that muscle to get it all working again. It’s a PITA. If I have a good day, I get out and work some and then the leg is knotted up so much that I can’t do anything for two or three days. Something to relieve the pain after working the leg would help. I can’t even walk my poor dogs!

Bunch of quack doctors. I’ll NEVER trust another doctor for as long as I live.
