Some people hated him, he could be contentious.
But I didn't. I liked the guy. We got along famously when we met in person.
I haven't seen him around here for a while, so I looked at his latest posts. His last post was 1/21/2023.
I hope he's okay.

The last I heard of him was on a thread where he called a Freeper's wife a whore. Jim Robinson told him multiple times to cut it out and he persisted.
Last year, I got sick of his crap called him out on it, and threw it back in his face. I never saw him make any constructive comments on any thread or contribute to the conversation, just nasty snark about blog pimping.

Betting he is a fine gentleman to know...I met him at the FReeper Memorial Shoot in Texas in 2019. I helped him clean his rifles. We shared a lot of beers. He drank Busch and I drank Lone Star. He's a lot of fun and cracked me up more than once.
He's also a great cook.
