Russell Brand and MSNBC’s John Heilemann were among the guests on Bill Maher’s show last night, and the discussion got heated after Brand dropped some reality checks on Heilemann.

Probably a lot of things I would disagree with Brand on, but he gets the things that really matter.
Brand is an interesting character...drives me crazy...but he holds my interest....but he’s a nut...

I am really beginning to like Russel Brand. His youtube show is great. Brings me back to a time when liberals cared about civil liberties.

Russell Brand is a giant among so many midgets, no wonder he outgrew Hollywood. He’s an example of how leftists and right wingers can co-exist. He’s so far left he’s come full circle.
I text Russell Brand and Jimmy Dore videos to my friends/family members who are liberals, and found it effective to bring them around to my point of view. Their eyes would glaze over and they would probably ignore anything that would come from a “right wing” source, but when they see Russell and Jimmy saying the same things I’ve been telling them forever, they actually listen to them and start opening their minds up more. Remember Reagan & Trump were both once Democrats.
The point about Fox News is fair. At least MSNBC and the other propaganda outlets are more or less consistent in their leftist anti-American ideology. Fox News presents itself as a “conservative” news outlet, yet is populated by the same kind of people MSNBC has. I suspect their main purpose is precisely to make “conservatives” look stupid or dishonest in order to validate MSNBC watchers’ smug self-satisfaction in their worldview. Fox News is, at best, controlled opposition and, at worst, all part of the giant psy-ops being perpetrated on the American people.
I want that 3:40 back.

Bald and lying and stupid asked for an example of MSNBC lying thru its teeth even as he tried to turn the question into an apparently unending attack, and then talked over the answer the entire time. Standard stupid operating procedure.
