Police are investigating a violent video from Spencerport that shows an altercation between two classmates.
According to the Spencerport Central School District, a ninth-grade student was seeking out a student from Cosgrove Middle School during dismissal. In the video, the older student approached the younger student and slammed him to the ground.
The student that was slammed to the ground, according to the district, was evaluated by a medical practitioner after the incident occurred and will be providing support for the student.
The school district has shared the video with the Ogden Police Department, which is investigating the incident. The district is also conducting its own investigation in accordance with the school’s code of conduct.

Some call it bullying. But in Judo they teach you to pull up on the person being thrown to prevent injury. If you use Judo in self-defense you can kill someone by throwing them on the head. The Samurai could kill opponents this way.
Not knowing that throwing someone at the concrete could kill them is not an excuse to get away with this.

I gasped so loudly while watching that video that I startled my wife. That kind of body slam on concrete could kill someone.
Also, as a former news reporter, I guarantee you that this would be national news if the races were reversed. Dem politicians would be screaming about a “culture of racism.” The attacker would already have been arrested and charged with a hate crime.
It is shocking to see, especially the size differential. Looks like a man versus a little child. I audibly let out a noise when I see it too.
