Misinterpreted the headline...thought it had meant that among the complaints were some saying he lied.
It appears as though Project Veritas is extremely effective, and the Swamp has decided to try to take out the main driver.
Yes, I think you are right. I suppose the Pfizer reveal was the last straw.

In a time when lying is lauded, a Truth-Teller and REAL investigative journalist is a significant danger to all the liars. Fortunately, while the Drive-By Media will ignore and/or attack, there are so many avenues to the truth, they cannot hide their lies completely or forever.
I am old enough to remember how famous Mike Wallace became doing the same thing. I am confident that when real historians document his work, O’Keefe will be recognized for his important work.
If they FBI can put moles (and even control) groups like Oath Keepers or media orgs like Twitter, they can certainly put a couple moles into PV.
Like the Germans, the USA will eventually need to establish a "Stasi Records Archive" - to allow average Americans to see which organizations, employers and friends were actually spying on them.

I always assumed James was owner operator of Project Veritas.
