There are much evidence for advanced civilizations far into the distant past. Some under the ocean, some in jungles, etc. A few years ago in a river delta off the coast of India - I think the west coast - archeologists discovered a city about 9500 hundred years old. Well planned, drains, roads in cardinal directions, residential areas, public areas, etc.
Word is that the Smithsonian has huge evidence that they do not show to the public. Would disturb the accepted paradigm of evolution and development of civilizastions.

The focus was on mapping the Human Gene. Certain researchers focused on different things. The business of the ‘funny uncles’ was stumbled upon by one Person active in the international program. It was really a fluke, and largely dismissed by many.
As certain illnesses were clearly genetic (diabetes, Tay-Sachs, Cystic Fibrosis, etc) the greatest concentration of energy was focused on disease causes and solutions or cures. Some however concentrated on intelligence, temperament, sexuality, and other things. The Author gave a real slap to the Authors of ‘The Bell Curve’ strongly saying that distinctions between races was almost totally subjective.
The gay connection was made to be insignificant and derided. Recall this was following that community exercising serious clout after the AIDS virus strongly impacted their numbers.
Book sounds dry, but really, I found most of it compelling.
There are some that believe it is more of a disease, and not just a mental disease. There have been studies of homosexuals taking massive anti-biotic cycles, and were "cured" of their gayness. I've also seen promise in this area concerning autism. It's not a stretch between the two neurological disorders could be related. This is just another reason that Ivermectin has been poo poo'd.

IMHO, if it contains possible bioagents or nanotechnology, isn’t a drifting balloon just about the most inefficient delivery scenario imaginable? And wouldn’t it be more logical to deploy over a major metropolitan area, rather than somewhere so sparsely inhabited?
Could be a trial run. Next one could be over metro area.
I’m not saying I think it’s dispensing bioagents or anything. Just pointing out that derps usually test things on a smaller scale before the “real” op. Like Whitmer before J6, and many other examples.
IMO one of the biggest parts of this “test” is to find out what our response is.

If I were a derp and wanted to ensure that my balloon wasn’t shot down, I would tell Biden/US Military that shooting it down would release something toxic. Or that coming near it would trigger a massive explosion, or something similar. Whether true or not. Perhaps this is a giant game of chicken.

Which is why you shoot it down when first ID’ed over the Pacific. I can’t believe they wasted a missile on a balloon.
I read and article earlier, didn’t save, but someone tried that and put a thousand rounds into it and it still took 4 days to come down. The balloon is not reflective, so it’s hard to paint with radar. The balloon is also the same temperature of the surrounding air. It’s tough for a missile to target it with heat seekers.
It’s actually a pretty good spy platform. Some of these balloons fly at 120K feet. No airplane can get there. The one shot down today was at about the limits of the F-22’s ceiling. It’s a lot cheaper than a satellite and you don’t have to worry about geosynchronous outages. AI can detect air temperatures within thousands of feet and “guide” the balloon by ascending or descending rather than actual propulsion.

PENTAGON: F-22 from Langley Air Force Base fired one AIM-9X Missile at around 58,000 ft which hit the Chinese spy balloon flying at 65,000 ft. Balloon fell into coastal waters. Recovery ongoing.
