A NATION IN DECLINE

Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

I would probably avoid the cheapies, now I have not researched this tech in a decade - I bought a Canopus MVR PCI card and it cost a pretty penny 12 years ago but a mid priced unit today will outperform mine no doubt.

I was following that, I’m just not yet convinced that act, or the EO, have anything to do with a potentially new ability of the VP to declassify documents. It wasn’t clear that you were claiming it did, but you did reply to someone who was speaking in that context, so it did appear that you may have been, which is what I was trying to clarify. I didn't say anything about declass.

I'm saying about VP records are also covered under PRA via an E.O. then a change in the law.

Those records from VP Biden's time should have been turned over to NARA.(Archives)
That article says there are "surrounding documents" from his VP time.

classification and declassification is a different issue... I haven't chased that yet.

My original post was in response to a Pres. Trump TS where he correctly said VP Biden couldn't declass but he didn't mention VP Biden was also covered under the PRA.

Biden's HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL papers, which were in his office for many years, were in any way similar to the Secret Service guarded, & otherwise very secure, Mar-a-Lago papers. Biden was not then President, had no power to declassify, & came under the very tough Federal Records Act. I come under the much more generous Presidential Records Act, was having productive discussions with Radical Left NARA, & did everything right. A giant Scam"

It is really tough to chase. Laws nested within laws.

They are talking about 6 more classified documents.
They are cloudy about how many actual documents VP Biden should not have had.

Note how this is worded (the word "including"):

who cares about senate stuff unless it's classified ?
Seems the only concern is about classified.
We DO care about unclassified VP papers because if they are not personal, they should have gone to Archives when he left office in 2017.

The RATS want all this to go away.
It pretty much gets Pres. Trump off the hook and we can't have that.
