While appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Chelsea confessed how she always thought the sun and the moon were the same.
“I didn’t know until I was 40 years old that the sun and the moon were not the same thing," Chelsea, 47, admitted. “My older sister Simone looked up at the sky and she said, ‘Chelsea, Chelsea, look up. It’s not often you get to see the sun and the moon at the same time.'"
Chelsea responded, “But they’re always together," before embarrassingly elaborating that she "just assumed when the sun went down, it popped back up as the moon."

One true oddity is the apparent size of the Sun and Moon are nearly identical as viewed from Earth. Not true of other planets.

This is a good example of why a poll tax should be legislated. The poll tax being, the ability of at least comprehending basic understanding. Some type of evaluation beyond having an ability to pin the tail on the donkey every 2 years.
