How could anyone NOT be emotional about BACON?
After all, it shows extreme commitment on the part of the pig.

Well, after we had discussed the incident (it was a dark and stormy night and someone shot at my vehicle as I drove down an unlit country road).
(Well, to be truthful, it *wasn’t* a dark and stormy night. I just thought that would add drama.)
Anyway, after we discussed the incident and looked over the vehicle (the dent is there -*to this very day!*) - (did that add drama?) - but I digress (digression is one of my many shortcomings) - we decided to make a report in order to contribute truthfully to the area’s crime stats.
I was dressed very respectably as I had worked that day AND had just been to a funeral visitation. I seldom am dressed so respectably and I had a naive young policeman wrapped up quite well in my respectable veil (symbolically speaking, of course!) so the impish urge that always hits me in those types of solemn circumstances hit me at that time, too.
So when he asked me to give him my driver’s license and proof of insurance I looked at him with my best Scarlett O’Hara innocence and said,”Oh! But I don’t *have* a driver’s license.” And batted my eyelashes.
Then, just in time to avoid a night in the cross bars hotel I told him I was just kidding.
