The iPhone 14 Plus is such a blunder that it is apparently causing Apple to rethink its entire iPhone lineup.
In a new post from yeux1122, a semi-reliable Apple leaker, Apple is reportedly seeing dismal iPhone 14 Plus sales. According to the post, the decline in iPhone 14 Plus sales is "far beyond the range predicted by the external environment." This is leading the company to consider the following changes to the iPhone 15 lineup:

Next year, will be the introduction of 3 mm chips, on the full-service version of the phone.
That means, IMPROVEMENTS IN EFFICIENCY. Around 15-25 percent better, just from the batteries. Plus they may be making the phone slightly thicker.
I strongly believe Apple should introduce a 100% full-featured small phone, in addition to bringing back a new mini.
A new improved mini, and ALSO a full-service mini*.
Just my opinion.
:)
Mini? Not for me. I have big hands, big pockets and eyes that need big screens. I need big screen real estate for maps and apps. I had a 6+ with larger screen, then a 12 Max with big screen. Never again with a Moto FlipTrack or Palm Pilot mini screen for me.
The Plus is just too big. I have a 13 Pro and that’s as big as I ever want to go.
I use 3 iPhones.
A 5S, a 6S and a SE[1.0].
Bottom line: ABS; Always B charging...
2 have sim cards for different States.
The oldest one has a self installed New Battery.
YMMV
Plus, remember, they will be lighter next year also.
:)
iPhone 6 here, still works fine.
And I think you meant "3 micron", not "3 mm", if you're referring to the chip technology.
With all due respect to iPhone owners (my relatives included), I will not engage in any commerce that directly lines Tim Cook’s pockets.
:)
Yes
Three micron? Dear God. 3 nanometers (nm).

Haha.
Done that already.

When I see some of the young women put a huge cell phone in the back pocket of very tight jeans I am amazed by the bending forces the phones can withstand.
Yes, indeed. I thought "nm" and nevertheless typed "micron". Total brain-to-hand disconnect. FWIW, many years ago when I did a stint at Cornell they had a fancy building called the "Sub-Micron Facility", and ever since then when I've seen something referring to nm-scale tech, I flash on "(sub-)micron", and this time my hand picked up and ran with it. How embarrassing.... ugh.
Thank you for the correction.
At least for me, a 6.2” screen is the sweet spoy.
At least for me, a 6.2” screen is the sweet spot.
Apple can lower the price by paying the slaves er... workers less money. Just pay them in food.
I believe that you are referring to those walkie-talkie-like devices I've seen people clutching in their hands and staring at slavishly while I take my morning constitutionals.
I gather that they must also be equipped with some sort of "gaming" features - I presume something resembling the little cardboard clown faces covered with small dimples into which the player is supposed to successively manœuver the little BBs.
Those were really big with my buddies when we were in third grade.
Anyway, people seem to like them - but are they really worth the money (I'm guessing that they cost about ten bucks, right)?
