People hired under those standards will cripple the hiring school. That leaves the "rejected" candidates available for hire by schools that want to succeed.

Exactly, and of course students that want to succeed will migrate to those schools and become segregated making them supremicists (because they are in fact, superior).

That’s okay. Our society seems to be on a path to returning to communicating by emojis, grunts and hand movements.

Very few people seem to be able to compile a complete sentence or to express themselves in a coherent manner.

What’s actually happening is that we, as a culture, are reverting to the days when only the aristocracy were well educated, and the rest of the merchants and peasants knew only what they needed to do their job. The idea of giving everyone a gentleman’s education has apparently been rejected.

His English is now pretty antiquated, but we still can understand it, and his plays are still performed today!!!!

The Africanization of the City States insures that those wanting a proper education must seek it beyond schools required to create equality by shifting the bell curve.

Bright high school freshmen in some are now bussed half a day to community colleges for classes in English and History etc that are no longer available in the schools tasked with teaching the uneducable.

Back years ago that comedian Trevor Noah had a bit about coming to America.

“And the black American! What a genius of vocabulary. Being able to bring a complex sentence into its purest form. Instead of ‘Do you know what I mean” it is now “Nomeen”.

Somewhere else in that bit he meets up with some black guy that changed his name to reflect his African roots - Nubjeme Akwana Tubot or something.

My co-worker in San Diego had just purchased a very expensive home in the Scripps Ranch area of north San Diego. The property taxes were very high. She expected her child would enjoy a better quality of schooling with all that money she was paying. Not so. The school is bursting at the seams with children of illegals. There were so many in the class that desks overflowed into the hallway. Her child was one that was sitting in the hallway. Suffice to say, it wasn't long before she extracted her child and paid for private schooling. She didn't get a discount on her property taxes either. Full boat to pay for schools that were substandard AND full boat for the private school to compensate.
