A friend who lives in a rural area walked down to the mailbox with her dog one morning and they found this poor, bedraggled little Shih Tzu standing by the driveway, staring down the road. She tried to get him to come to her, but he was spooked and ran back and forth, still turning to look down the road. She said she knew then that someone had dumped him and which direction they had driven off.

After a lot of coaxing with treats, she finally got hold of him and took him in, got him bathed and cleaned up and did the requisite scan for chip (none) and even walking up and down the road asking other neighbors if they knew the dog.

She posted a video to Facebook several weeks later where she had him on a leash and walked him down to the mailbox and the dog would stop and sit at the end of the driveway, looking down the road for his people. She said he was the saddest, most depressed little guy she had ever met. She ended up handing him over to a foster for reasons I don’t recall, but that video was kind of heartbreaking.

I’ve been thinking about the AZ fraud/audit mess.

I’m wondering if 2020 AZ audit was a white hat rehearsal for 2022. And maybe a warning shot to the DS.

And now I’m wondering if the 2022 AZ audit is a rehearsal for auditing the Fed.

The hits just keep on coming from AZ. How anyone can be paying the slightest bit of attention to AZ and not think it’s massive fraud on a grand scale is beyond me. And how anyone can think that it’s confined to AZ is also beyond me.
