The Case To Watch...
The US SC wants the BRUNSON V. ADAMS case.
Congress is ready to go into a Lame Duck condition. This can be a dangerous time with Democrats circulating a wish list to impose term limits on justices and pack the Court with leftists.
The SC may be inclined to EXPEDITE the Brunson Case, in order to be prepared to defend the Constitutional composition of the court.
Should Congress vote to jam a Constitutional issue of this magnitude through, in favor of Democrats, the Justices can come down against Congress.
After all, the Defendants in the Brunson Case are over 350 representatives and senators, and Resident Biden, VP Harris and certainly VP Mike Pence, for defying their Oath of Office to defend the Constitution against ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN and DOMESTIC.
Allowing no consideration for any investigation in the face of citizen affidavits of wrong doing, including denying Ted Cruz’s formal senate appeal for a Ten Day delay in order to present compelling findings, by Ted Cruz.
These individuals preferred to Certify a suspicious presidential election over the rights of the people to object for Cause.

Rita, as I read it, the case is about the members who declined to execute their constitutional duties to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. It is a tort. The redress asked to repair the damages is that all of the culpable be unseated and new elections held.
So it is not per se about election fraud but rather dereliction of their highest sworn duty. Fraud is a background issue because the plaintiffs seek to show they had probably cause to stop proceeding and investigate yet did not.
Lawyers on the thread, please correct my understanding if I err.

LOL, I have one dog that loves cats but my outside dog is half Mountain Cur and half feral. A cat would never make it around her.

Backpedaling furiously, and they apparently expect us to believe they don't review their ads for content prior to releasing them.
Not a single person in the chain that handled the ads...no marketing director, no photographer, no pre press tech, no Jr executive... Not a single one looked at these images and said, "WTF" or even "hey, maybe this isn't the best idea..." Nobody in a boardroom or office bothered to suggest that featuring BDSM themes with children is sure to "cause controversy", "create a public backlash", or most importantly to a company, "harm the bottom line"...?
The best interpretation of this statement is that Balenciaga isn't a bunch of rampant pedophiles, it's just the people they work with and entrust their brand image to are rampant pedophiles injecting pedophilia into their brand.
They didn't know nuffin.

The potential here is that one branch of government takes down the other two, so the crime syndicate needs to pack the court quickly or face extermination.

Similar story - this past summer the lady who was my mom’s daytime caregiver came in at 8 and said that there was a “weenie dog” running up and down the main road in front of the neighborhood about a mile away. I left here at one and when I got to that area he was still there, running down the middle of the road. Found the owners after looking for a couple of weeks, but they had moved and he didn’t go with them.
He has issues - lipomas, terrible teeth, (ugh) separation anxiety, heart murmur, - vet says he’s 12 or 13. So I’ve had his teeth cleaned and the biggest lipoma removed.
My grandson rescued a quail from his cat - we are treating him for an infection in his leg from the cat bite - but after 3 weeks he’s about the same so we may take him to the wildlife rescue up near Birmingham.
Part of living in the sticks, I suppose.

Rerun the election, on a date certain, in person, paper ballots with ID and there would be an entirely different outcome.
