Got my fingers crossed the white hats are about to blow up the Arizona election steal, after seeing those companies & SOS mentioned in the latest Q drop.
Runbeck is the election service printing company that not only printed all the AZ mid term ballots, but maricopa county trucked all the ballots from the polls to Runbeck so they could scan them on their equipment before the ballots were taken from Runbeck to the maricopa election HQ to be counted.

The Holman Rule is a rule in the United States House of Representatives that allows amendments to appropriations legislation that would reduce the salary of or fire specific federal employees, or cut a specific program. The rule was first enacted in 1876 and rescinded in 1983, and was reinstated in January 2017 on a temporary basis.[1]
It was in effect for the entirety of the Republican-controlled 115th Congress and several amendments were proposed that progressed to a vote of the full House, but none were adopted. The rule was rescinded once more at the beginning of the 116th Congress upon Democrats taking control of the chamber.

The rule is an exception to the prohibition against provisions in appropriations legislation that change existing law.[2][3] Prior to the rule’s reinstatement in 2017, cuts could be made to agencies broadly, but not to specific programs or employees.[4]
The rule was used to eliminate 29 customs positions in 1932 and another eight in 1939, to allow a provision reducing the number of naval officers in 1938, and to allow a 1952 amendment disallowing the filling of vacancies in independent agencies until the agency’s workforce had been reduced by 10%.[2] Prior to 2017, it appeared never to have been used to cut a specific worker’s salary with the intent of incentivizing them to quit.[5] The rule cannot be used if the reductions are contingent on other events, or to give broad authority to agency heads to fire workers.[3][5]
The constitutionality of bills passed under the Holman Rule has been questioned by legal scholars in light of the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling in United States v. Lovett (1946).
That case dealt with an act of Congress, passed during the Red Scare, that defunded the salaries of 39 employees accused of having Communist sympathies. The Court held that, under these circumstances, the Act was no “mere appropriation measure”, but was effectively a bill of attainder prohibited by Article I, Section 9, of the Constitution.

Interesting quotes from the episodes listed at the link. I picked up on some words we’re hearing recently: insurrection, conspiracy theorist, immunizations, hanging, etc. I have not seen the series and have no analysis to go with this. Presented without additional comment.
Ascension was a 2014 science fiction mystery drama television miniseries which aired on CBC in Canada and Syfy in the United States.
Episode 1 - a murder occurs among those aboard the U.S. Orion Class spaceship Ascension.
Episode 2 - As Gault searches the lower decks, he finds a notebook with writings discussing an insurrection.
Enzmann has continued his father’s work, the populace of Ascension have unknowingly been a closely watched experiment for 51 years.
Episode 3 - Stokes, ejected from Ascension and believed to be dead by those aboard, is now being held by those running the experiment
Episode 4 - On the ship, Christa is in line to be immunized. Ophelia accompanies her to prove that nothing is wrong with the shots. Ophelia takes the shot herself, has a seizure, and collapses.
Samantha meets with conspiracy theorist Eve Marceau, who tells her that 70 scientists were abducted in the 1960s, along with gifted children, one of whom is later shown to be Ophelia.
When Enzmann tries to get Christa to take her inoculations through a glass of milk, she looks up at the camera and dumps it on the floor.
Gault talks with Christa about her inoculations and gets her to take them, but when Dr. Robert Bryce arrives to give her the shot, she refuses, and he holds her down and injects her. When the DNA evidence on Christa’s dress gets matched to Ike, the medical intern, he is found hanging dead in his room.
Episode 5 - Back on the ship, the Captain is brought up on charges for having an unclaimed [child], but he reveals that the child is that of another of the council members.
Christa shocks Duke with a surge of energy that radiates out from the ship and affects everyone.
Episode 6 - Director Warren accuses Enzmann of creating the energy surge but he excitedly tells her that it is likely from Christa, confirming that the Ascension experiment is working and they have created a valuable advance in human evolution. She gives Enzmann his job back but tells Carrillo that Enzmann will be killed once the technical problems on Ascension are repaired. On the ship, people are panicking, system computers are down, strange messages (modern television signals) are appearing on computer screens and a breakdown of the air scrubber controls has on board carbon dioxide rising towards fatal levels. Fearing that the carbon dioxide will soon kill everyone on the ship, Warren sends an operative named Medici in to bring out Christa and her valuable powers.
