It may be coming time for the country to fully address a very polarizing topic: President Biden's mental health. The conversation about the president's mental health actually started when Trump was in office.
Unfit for Office After his inauguration in 2017, Donald Trump was faced with claims that he was not fit to be the president due to his mental health issues. In January 2018, he asked his doctor to administer a cognitive test to put the topic to rest.
On top of the mental health concerns, people were also attempting to have him removed from office based on these concerns. Members of Congress asked the Congressional Research Service to provide an overview of the 25th amendment and its history and purpose.
Another motive for requesting this information was to understand the process for removing a president from office.
In December 2019, 350 psychiatrists and mental health professionals signed a petition claiming that Trump's mental health was “rapidly deteriorating.” The accusations and claims picked up momentum after the 2020 election and the January 6th incident.
A group of Democrats attempted to create a “presidential disability review body” in 2017 to help with the impeachment process, but they ultimately failed.
Can Biden Pull Through? We have frequently seen Biden seemingly wander off after a speech without knowing where he was going and needing someone to direct him. He sometimes seems confused when giving speeches as well and loses his train of thought.
This behavior is not unusual for older people, and Biden is right up there with them, turning 80 this month. There are quite a few seniors who are still intellectually vigorous, but Biden isn't the average senior. He is the leader of the free world, and expectations for him and his mental capacity are different than for normal people.

No matter who is President for the next 2 years, Republicans better be prepared to box them in and/or impeach them at every false step.
The provisions of the 25th Amendment will not be invoked until the 21st of January, so “Que mala” Harris will have LESS than two years remaining until the next inauguration.
That way, she could serve out the rest of this term, then be elected and re-elected, to serve a term spanning 10 years, not the customary eight years.
Hah. Fat chance she could ever be elected on her own.
In addition to being old, he’s an alcoholic drug fiend. He probably has herpes. I mean, duh.
The Pres and VP are sock puppets. Before I retired I worked on a committee with a brilliant ex NSA staffer who spent years one on one with the Executive branch. His comment: “There are AT LEAST two levels above them”.
With Nancy next in line.
“Freedom for the American People” sounds abhorrent, hateful, and dangerous to some people, hence so much anger direct ed toward him.
“In December 2019, 350 psychiatrists and mental health professionals signed a petition claiming that Trump’s mental health was “rapidly deteriorating.” “
Where are these worthless aholes now?
I don’t know but I have heard that theory floated. It was actually my son who mentioned it to me first.
Holey Moley could you imagine Cameltoes as President for 10 years?? She wouldn’t make it past the 2 because people even the Dems would tire of her pretty quickly.
Why wait? Execute the 25th Amendment now.
Joe’s gone.
Kamala will not actively govern.
Klain will still be the hand running things.
True, regardless of outcome in Nov, this “problem” is in the Dems court. Removal and selection of new VP requires a simple majority in both chambers. Dems hold that until 3 Jan. I doubt they can act that fast. REPUBS SHOULD VOTE NO on ANYTHING prior to 3 JAN 2023. However Dems do have a quorum in BOTH CHAMBERS and can remove Joey and can name a new VP WITHOUT ANY REPUB votes required!
As for overriding any Veto after 3 Jan 2023, not impossible just GOOD LUCK!!
According to Article 1, Section 7 of the Constitution, a vetoed bill can become law if TWO-THIRDS of the Members voting in EACH CHAMBER AGREE, by recorded vote, a quorum being present, to repass the bill and thereby override the veto of the President.
On a good day, after 3 Jan 2023, you will need at least 50+ Dems in the House and 13-15+ Dems in the Senate to go along with override for EVERY VETO! RINOs just make this entire Calculus that much harder. Other than ObamaCare, when was the last time Repubs voted as a SOLID RELIABLE BLOCK? It only takes a precious few defectors either way to mess this up. NO WAY I can see Repubs wining a 2/3 majority in Either Chamber.
The real wildcards in my opinion are ANTIFA & BLM. If there is any kind of a Red Wave, I expect ANTIFA, BLM and their armed Militia (NFAC) will most likely attempt to “peacefully” protest yet again after some preplanned staged incident. ANTIFA & Burn Loot Murder will be pissed.
Real question, just how far are Dems willing to go to remain in power??
The commie filth pulling Biden’s strings want him to stay right where he is and doing what he’s doing... destroying the United States.
I would think that would be a bad strategy:
win the house and Senate during the elections
Find a crime to Impeach Kamala
Tell the Dems that if they support the impeachment of Kamala, the GOP wont impeach Biden
After Kamala gone, invoke the 25th
Presidency goes to the GOP speaker of the House.
The media talks about this with almost every president. Biden could in a coma and nothing would come of it unless the people who are really in charge decide the could make use of it.
If Biden is removed or quits, Harris would ordinarily assume the presidency (the exception being if she were simultaneously removed). She would be able to pick whoever becomes VP, only needing a majority in the House and Senate to confirm her pick. If she subsequently resigned or was removed, that person would be president until the 2024 election determines the next president.
Democrats might replace Biden with ANYONE they wish before the new members of the House and Senate are seated next year. But this plan would require the cooperation of both Biden and Harris.
