Thank God the 3,554,096 square miles that make up non-California United States are unaffected by anything the loony California State Assembly passes.
It is not actual kidnapping. It is attempted kidnapping. This is because when the California state workers go to a (say) Iowa household to take a child for transition surgery and the parents shoot them dead, dead, dead, the kidnapping is not complete. It is only attempted because the workers did not succeed in their goal. However, no charges will be filed if the parents did their job right. Do not forget shovel and shut up.
Wars have been fought for less than this.
I’m not a lawyer, however this seems to be a severe form of Child Enticement.
Child Enticement cases in California carry severe punishment for those guilty of Child Enticement.

Parents are completely blindsided because online groups are manipulating their children’s minds, and the schools then collaborate with the brainwashed kids.
Next the teens run away to CA, where the state takes custody of them, and who knows what will happen then? Are the children put into foster care?

It seems there are already plenty of problems with the system in CA.
The kids are brainwashed online, where thekids are told their parents will oppose them; the results hidden from the parents by the schools who go along with the kids, and then suddenly the parents are presented with a child already convinced and along the path of transition.
Then the parents are told their child will commit suicide if the parents don’t go along with it in addition to credible threats of loss of custody. It is very difficult for the parents to find good therapy for the child, because therapists are bullied into conforming.

The parents got the early warning, and they, us and other relatives sent the kids to excellent private schools.
Their neighborhood kids that remained in the public schools are basically lost people after their so called graduation from the bad school.
They couldn’t/can’t get into good colleges. The local community colleges are just an extension of the bad stuff in the public 8-12.
