I think they mean transgender teens who have traveled to CA... not those outside of CS.

Parents are completely blindsided because online groups are manipulating their children’s minds, and the schools then collaborate with the brainwashed kids.

Next the teens run away to CA, where the state takes custody of them, and who knows what will happen then? Are the children put into foster care?
