Totally... I’ll take my spot on the water with deer hunting only steps away in my backyard way ahead of this. It would take a lot of money to coax me to Central Park even for an all-expense-paid-stay in the fanciest place in NY where I got dropped in via helicopter. Thanks but no thanks... and I even have family not that far away.
Imagine trying to get out if a plane hit that place...

Yep! Serenity is where it’s at. Enough money to be left alone (everything paid off and a little property), with funds for those busy brain/finger hobbies, is all most matured people want. Chasing and maintaining the green portfolio leaves little for the soul.
