The housing market is collapsing before our eyes, No one can afford to buy a home since mortgage rates are so damn high the only ones who can buy a house are those willing to pay for it all in cash. Last year a house would get 15 offers, now you are lucky if you get one or two. My Mom waited too damn long to try to sell the apt building she owns, now I doubt she can sell it.
