Young man asking simple question of youngsters on the street and they can not answer.
graduates of our public education system
There should also be a comma or a period after “thing” in your comment.
(fixed)
Somewhere between Saturn and Neptune perhaps?
lmao how are you doing HG
All those “Charter Schools” and other “gifted” schools suck. They are money machines, that is all.
The schools give ‘A’ grades to everyone. Why? Because parents often spend $10,000 or more per year and they damned well better have a gifted kid as a result. The kid is actually still a moron, but they get the grades needed to say they are gifted so the parents keep spending the money.
I'll bet even the "smart" ones you encounter will insist that a man can "become a woman."
Bet they can answer "How many joints are in a lid?"
Heheh. That’s probably correct.
I like much better the interviews at Democratic polling places, of adult Democrats. The answers are still just as brainless.
This. I know there are lots of ignorant people, but they choose the dumbest ones to put on, simply because it’s more fun.
Jesse Watters has done this kind of thing, too.
ONE!....................
I saw this exchange on uTube recently:
“How many moons does Earth have?”
“Uhhhhh...”
I’m thinking the same thing, but if even five percent of those smartly-dressed young adults were as dumb as the video indicates, that represents a significant problem for the country.
We’re doomed.
I'm gonna go with Uranus.
I’m a retired mass media professor. In my Media and Society class, I used to start off every semester with a quiz like this, but I’d also include pop culture questions. Every semester it was the same result: Students scored highly on pop culture (How many Spice Girls are there? What company’s slogan is “Just Do It?” etc.).
However, on basic governmental and history questions, only about 25-30% could provide correct answers:
What country attacked Pearl Harbor?
Where is Pearl Harbor?
How many Senators does each state have?
Who is the current Vice President?
Who is our governor?
How many stars are on the US flag?
This was a 300-level gen-ed class filled with mostly juniors and seniors from a variety of majors.
You're gonna be cut from the video though...too smart!;-)
But those five voting could turn an election.
Exactly. Cherry picking.
So far, one this thread, we have several who have made excuses for the failure of education systems in this country.
It is alright for even “one” who can not tell time?
But lets throw money at the system that is a failure.
I would bet that a few “teachers” can not answer some of those simple questions.
