On this date in 1940, Polish intelligence officer, Withold Pilecki, volunteered to be captured and infiltrated into the Auschwitz camp in order to smuggle out information to the Allies.
Pilecki remained inside until his escape in 1943.
Years later he was captured and executed for running Anti-communist networks. ✝️

Can’t believe I’m opening up a new thread with this but here goes.
This is basically Juan O’ Savin at his finest hour letting us know what he thinks will happen over the next few weeks between now and the election. It’s riveting,scary and could be real. We will find out as each day plays out.
