He is accused of kidnapping her as she was out jogging at 4.30am on Friday and 'violently' bundled her into his SUV Authorities announced on Tuesday that Fletcher's body had been found by an abandoned house after an exhaustive search
Abston-Henderson was previously jailed for 22 years after kidnapping a lawyer in Memphis in 2000, driving him around at gunpoint
Records show that he was previously arrested for raping a man and several assaults before he turned 16, and was first in juvenille court aged just 11

Within the system this man was out on the street and did deadly harm while out.
His type of perp is lucky we are kind, compassionate, forgiving, gentle and good people. Even pay for his attorneys and extensive legal challenges and appeals. Nice people.

Maybe his parents should be named as codefendants for giving him a name like “Cleotha”.
I almost got another 30 day suspension from Facebook when I quoted a line by Dean Martin in ROUGH NIGHT IN JERICHO. “Lock him up. We’ll hang him tomorrow right after the trial.”
I had a post on FR pulled by the mods years ago after a similar thing happened. Here is part of it.

Oh, so for HER they are going to give the killer the death penalty. (and they should) But for the rest of us the murderer gets out with no bail to kill again. The elite get justice and we get to die for their “social justice”.
They had him locked up before but let the monster out. This is on the parole board and a judge.
Unfortunately, most convicts die of natural causes in their 50s on TN’s death row. I believe there has been 3 or 4 actually put to death in the last 5 years. Currently, we have approximately 47 men and women sitting on death row.
A sharp defense lawyer will get him off PRONTO!

In August that's got to be the only decent time to run in hot and humid Tennessee. Lots of runners go very early in the morning during the summer.
Nothing happens to them in prison except they grow old there. Maybe some romance, but that’s it.

Of your own independent knowledge, do you have proof that she was doing anything other than jogging? Can you prove that she was doing anything other than jogging?

LOL!! The Judge set his bail at $500,000, and that was based on a charge of Murder in the 1st Degree. Obviously the Judge didn’t think this guy was a security risk if he gave him that low of a bail amount, so how they think he’ll actually face the death penalty is beyond me.
Give ole Cleotha bail and turn him loose in Tennessee hill country.😎
