Absolutely. I am sure the push to Electric Vehicles is also part of this, because the the government will be able to track and and shut them off remotely, impeding the black market which would otherwise inevitably arise in transportation based upon unofficial currency transactions.
I believe that if both men are on the same journey to the same destination, and working toward the same goal, it would be good for any differences between them to be put aside until the goal is achieved. (Listen up, Derek).
