I recently talked to a friend of mine at a recent social event. We’ll call him Bob. He’s super smart about most things. But when it comes to the vaccine, he’s blind to the truth.

He was bragging about how he has been vaxxed 6 times with the COVID vax and he’s perfectly healthy. He can’t wait for SB 866 in California to pass so when his kids turn 12, they can decide to get the vaccine over their mother’s objections.

Bob thinks I’m a nut case, cherry picking data. He says I used to be respected, but after turning anti-vax, people have lost all respect for me. He said I have a religious belief about the vaccine and I’m not driven by data.

What he isn’t telling anyone is that he’s been losing his vision ever since he got his first COVID vaccine. He used to have 20/20 vision, but now he wears glasses and can’t drive at night. When I brought up the data showing the connection between the shots and vision loss, he changed the topic.

I showed him two papers showing the more you vaccinate, the sicker you get (see the two papers here). I asked, “Where are the papers that show the opposite?” He ignored my request.

He gets his belief system from the mainstream media. Full stop. He reasons that if I was correct, surely Bill Gates would agree with me and admit they goofed. It’s 100% deference to authority.

In the interest of fair play, I believe what I believe about you. But the fact is, it's just my opinion based on your word and is not (and cannot be), proof of authenticity. Surely you have to admit that.

You cannot have it all ways. You are anonymous… no one can definitively verify your expertise. Likewise are your detractors.
You are in no position to call those who criticise your opinions as ‘liars’.
Your evidence is open to discernment and criticism.
Your claim of being a Dr. likewise open to discernment and criticism.
You choose to place yourself here and others choose to believe or disbelieve you. Real world consequences of unloading and representing ‘professional’ opinions under cover of anonymity.

Interestingly, it does not prove you are telling the truth. The people who said 'you are not a doctor' have given you their reasons for saying so. Don't be so mad at people who refuse to take you at your anonymous word. Not everybody's such a soft touch as me.

Okay, let's do this. I work for the US State Department and I am willing to mediate this confrontation, which is going nowhere. Let's avoid a Forever War.

You continue to explain that you are a doctor, without evidence, and they continue to doubt you and say you're not. Everybody wins and further bloodshed is prevented. The carnage stops. You save your face, lessen your chances of having a stroke, and save on lawyer fees.

I’m quite fed up with your nonsense, and I hope there are no gullible FReepers here that take you seriously. I only posted a response to you in the first place because I don’t want anyone to make any health decisions based on what you post.

There are some possibly good reasons to take the jab, I suppose. I know quite a number of people who are doing quite well after 2 shots and a booster, and doing just as well as friends who have not gotten it. On the other hand, my neighbor died 3 days after getting her booster but she was not in good health. Was the jab contributory? I don’t know but I find it quite disturbing.

There is absolutely no medication, no innoculatin, on the face of this earth that does not have side effects. Even a shot of normal saline could cause a problem for someone somewhere.

One more thing Gas_Quack, I think you are another personality, the most pretentious yet, of the confused and ill-informed child from Alberta Canada.
