Why Donald J. Trump Is the Current President of The United States—Regardless of Any Alleged Voter Fraud.
READ SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY:
The State of New York committed DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER as a matter of logic by mandating COVID patients into nursing homes while locking down the entire healthy population to keep COVID as far away from the elderly as possible.
A person is guilty of DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER when, under circumstances evincing a depraved indifference to human life, he recklessly engages in conduct which creates a grave and unjustifiable risk of death to another person, knowingly disregards such risk, and thereby causes the death of that person.
The law of non-contradiction holds that two contradictory propositions cannot be true simultaneously. The truth of one necessitates the falsity of the other. Simply put, the State cannot lock down the entire healthy population for the ostensible purpose of protecting the elderly from COVID while simultaneously creating a grave and unjustifiable risk of their deaths by mandating COVID patients into nursing homes.
If the State believed “the necessary precautions”—i.e. the CMS and CDC “transmission based precautions”—would keep the elderly safe enough to justify the nursing home mandate, then the lockdown was never necessary and all deaths resulting therefrom were DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER.
Alternatively, if the virus was so novel as to warrant locking down the entire healthy population like communists to protect the elderly from COVID, then mandating COVID patients into nursing homes during the lockdown was DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE MURDER.
Thus, because the nursing home mandate issued during the lockdown violates the law of non-contradiction, it is categorical proof of depraved indifference murder. There is no triable issue of fact because there is no possible defense.

Not even the most power-addicted Marxist—immune to facts, truth, and reality—would dare reveal himself by contradicting the foregoing.
Now that you can’t unsee what you’ve just seen, let’s revisit Dr. Fauci taunting Senator Cruz.

Trump “The Person having the greatest Number of Votes and shall be the President.”
Accordingly, so long as the Biden administration refuses to concede that Donald J. Trump is the rightful President of the United States, this nation—and all other nations still recognizing the legitimacy of Biden’s presidency—shall remain dedicated to the proposition of murdering mothers and grandmothers to shame people into isolation, loneliness and ruin while pushing children to suicide.

I really think they pulled this move too early, for one thing. There has been a mathematically progressive shortening of the time, from when they first project a new false narrative, and the moment when the majority of people realise its “B.S.” (call it the B.S. moment?)
Such a moment is an inflection in time, and it CAN occur like a landslide or avalanche, slowly and then all-at-once.
Partly it is because WE have developed an effective “alt right media” so that msm doesn’t have a monopoly, and Big tech censorship is no longer effective.
And partly its due to them, by their own actions, destroying the credibility of the institutions they control, and replacing it with DIScredibility.
We now can assume, with a high degree of confidence that ANY new Narrative, repeated by rote from the same sources is B.S.
This latest narrative, coming out from the Mal Raid, around 2015, would have had us confused, with many thinking “it MIGHT be true” and many actually believing it (muh Russia).
Instead, within weeks of the raid, and within hours of them putting out this photo (for example) we have it, and the whole lawfare distorted legal argument being effectively countered.
Ultimately, EVERY SINGLE ONE of these lawfare attacks, Muh Russia, Impeachment 1&2, the Kavanaugh hearings (which were NOT about Kavanaugh, they were really an attack on PDJT, using K as a vehicle) have all been about “the Court of Public Opinion”, and each they have ultimately lost, with no appeal.
It is how long the trial takes, in order to reach a verdict, which has dramatically shortened.
Two years before the 2024 election, 3-4 months before the midterms?
WAY too soon.

Many years ago Kenneth Burke wrote an essay: The Rhetoric of Hitler’s Battle. In the essay, Burke analyzed Hitler’s rhetorical techniques to transform Germany from Europe’s most highly educated and accomplished population into raving Nazis. For Burke, “rhetoric” encompasses far more than just words and speech. It also encompasses location, imagery, and other elements to create and inspire a specific result. Biden’s handlers and Obama followed Burke’s formula to the letter.
