3. Since the mid-20th century, any period of free time when a naval crew is given early liberty or otherwise excused from its normally scheduled duties.

What tactic will these detractors take once they are fully exposed as liars and BS Artists to a growing angry populace? Almost certainly they are completely full of crap or receiving significant payoffs for presenting themselves as some sort of ‘authority’ while the opportunity for honesty was directly before them.
