Now if Jeep could just create a windshield that doesn’t catch a rock and crack the moment you drive off the lot, then maybe the wipers would be worth having.

“Jeep also addressed the topic of forward vision last year when it introduced a new line of Mopar windshields for the Wrangler and Gladiator made from the sort of chip-resistant Gorilla Glass used on smartphones”
Oh now that I’ve replaced my windshield twice. SMH
Also is ford gonna steal the new wiper design for the bronco? They copied everything else on the Wrangler. 😂

Most Jeeps I see are mall cruisers that don’t see a spec of dirt.

The guy demonstrating the wipers in the video looked very ecstatic.
What this probably means to the consumer is that they will have to fill the windshield washer fluid container a lot more often.

Most Jeeps I see are mall cruisers that don’t see a spec of dirt. Works well for those of us who need and use 4WD. We can buy pristine 4WD vehicles only a couple of years old for 60% of retail price...

I read this story a week or two ago. The wipers will be an additional option as well as the Gorilla glass being offered as an option now. A couple of people I know who recently traded up to the newer JL/JT’s have had to replace their ‘Gorilla glass’ already, and those vehicle are less than 6 months old.

$140.00 for a set of wipers?
Well, if they do what they claim to do, its not that much more than a “top-of-the-line” set of wipers are.

That being true, the wipers become a necessity to enhance the “Jeep” image and thus promote self esteem.

Jeep has an engine problem? First I’ve heard of it.
Got any data to back that up?

This would be nice for the driver’s vision blocks on M-1 tanks. They were always getting coated with mud.
