Donald Trump has called for the release of the search warrant in the FBI raid on his Florida resort, following reports that the search was related to classified documents regarding nuclear weapons.
Late on Thursday, Trump said he would not challenge the release of the warrant, after Attorney General Merrick Garland said he would petition for the document to be unsealed.
According to Garland, Trump's attorneys do have their own copies of both the warrant and the receipt for items seized in Monday's raid -- documents that are routinely provided to the target of a court-approved search.
If Trump does have the warrant and receipt as Garland says, it's unclear why he would not simply publish them himself, which he has a right to do.
Trump announced his stance in a post on his Truth Social network. 'Not only will I not oppose the release of documents related to the un American, unwarranted, and unnecessary raid and break-in of my home in Palm Beach, Florida, Mar-a-Lago, I am going a step further by ENCOURAGING the immediate release of those documents,' he wrote.
Trump added that he encouraged the warrant's release even though it was 'drawn up by radical left Democrats and possible future political opponents, who have a strong and vested interest in attacking me.'
The statement came well ahead of the 3pm Friday deadline that Trump's legal team faced if they decided to oppose the DOJ motion to unseal the warrant, and a ruling on the motion could come before the weekend.
Earlier Thursday, Garland appeared before cameras to defend the search and reveal that he had approved the operation at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.

If anyone remembers the interviews he had in his Trump Tower office back in 2015, Trump’s office was loaded with all sorts of memorabilia. He’s a pack rat for that stuff.

Trump should tell the FBI, “I don’t know what you’re talking about, but if you don’t release that warrant immediately I’ll nuke you.”

They are WAY off base and they know it.
OK...the warrant and the inventory receipt would be interesting, but the real substantive component is the Affadavit that spawned the warrant.
Skip over the fact that the judge who signed off on it has photos floating around of himself and Gislane Maxwell on Epstein’s Lolita Express...
The DOJ would still have to put something in the affadavit to support their request. What was that?

I suspect that TRUMP has documents which prove certain individuals at FBI and DOJ broke the law during their fabrication of the Russia Hoax.

Still see major problems with the newest story line: “ nuclear documents”
1. Did they request, via attorney or letter, for said documents? Clearly no
2. They said they got the surprise warrant to “prevent document destruction”. Do they not have copies? Who cares if they were destroyed?
3. Why NOT just put that on the warrant, that they were searching for nuclear documents that were top secret.
4. Why go through his wife underwear, when they had ‘reliable evidence’ that it was in the safe.
5. Still demonstrates that the Democrats are using government to spy on Trump.
6. Finally, the were supposedly showing hand written documents that Trump was flushing down the toilet, only days before on the internet. Is Trump now writer of high level nuclear secrets that the government has to keep? Roflol
7. When the Clintons had the Chinese spy ring taking information from Los Alamos labs in the 90’s, or were selling MRV rocket tech for campaign contributions, did they raid the Clintons?
Basically, this is a fake story line, because the actions don’t match the story. The Biden administration, after lying from the DOJ, the AG, and the White House, has just created another lie. Stupid people, biased people, will not logically think this through.
Logic says they were looking for SPYGATE documents to cover their butts. The Sussmann trial testimony and evidence that the FBI and NSA was allowing a private DNC law firm to rifle through top secret databases on political opponents, in the comfort of their own offices, should be a tell.
Because the DOJ/FBI probably has good reason to not release the actual warrant and would prefer to release something fabricated for public consumption...but as long as Trump can produce what was presented to him and his legal staff, the DOJ can't release anything different.
Trump is preparing for the fact that the warrant almost certainly includes broad and inflammatory language, for example: "and any other item related to national security, state secrets and nuclear weapons" that the media will seize on.

With the FBI one has to consider what documents have been planted.
What we need to see is the affidavit that that was used to get the warrant. The warrant won’t contain that information.
Remember there were false affidavits filed in the Russia hoax and approved by federal judges to spy on President Trump and his associates.

I think old Joe was behind this that’s why he was on vacation. Garland was forced to take the blame. We may have another watergate type crime going on.
