Tesla has decided to deploy a swimming pool at a Supercharger station in Germany as the automaker is starting to invest more into amenities around its charging stations. But that’s a whole new level of charging amenities, even for Tesla.
Last week, we reported that Tesla deployed new cube lounges at a Supercharger station with automated coffee, food, and more.
The automaker is still exploring options to provide amenities and fun activities for its customers while they wait at charging stations

What they should do is tow your car down the highway while it’s charging and stick you in the cab of the tow truck, as I doubt people want to go through the trouble of changing into swim trunks every time they charge up their car.

At some point in the near future, you will drive by a Tesla charging station in the middle of nowhere (paid for with your tax dollars) and there will be a crowd of 20 nerds & karens wearing VR headsets fighting imaginary dragons.

Why not a hotel - I hear you may have to wait in a long line to charge your car, plus it takes a while.
They’ll be begging for ICE vehicles before you know it.

Why not hamster wheels? The kids can get some much needed exercise and charge their cars at the same time

The tow truck could tow a huge diesel generator package. Then the generator would tow your car. What a sight to behold. With careful Uber-type scheduling algorithms, the tow truck/generator trailer package would always be in use — no empty backhauls.

So, it is so obvious. Charging stations, no matter how many there are, will never cut it. It is too impractical and time consuming.
The roadways themselves will have to be transformed into chargers. You can already charge cell phones wireless by simply laying them on a special charging station. This technology will have to somehow be embedded within the roadways so the cars are just constantly charging.

Just wait until word reaches the Hood that people are sitting in their expensive electric cars waiting hours for a charge. Can you say Carjacking, Robbery,Murder.
That's why the locations should have shooting ranges. What better way to spend all that down-time than to improve your shooting skills? Plus, this would help to complete the change in customer base that appears to be coming, based on all the reports of the current base of virtue signalers losing their minds over the recent press about Musk.
Not a fan of EVs, but this might be a way to get me to change my mind, or at least pick up a used Model S dumped cheap by some trendy moving on to the Next Thing.

Of course you can legislate technical progress.
Or agricultural conditions. Kruschev's "virgin lands" hare-brained scheme comes to mind, thinking the USSR should grow corn so he could have corn flakes.

Plus a loner car.

Like those electric scooters in the city.
Drop off the discharged one, pick up a charged one.

Disney might work. Maybe hooker stalls. If you have a good product, you don’t need gimmicks.
Now that’s what I call dumpster diving. Wait until a little kid drowns.
