Here’s what I recommend...
- unplug if you’re really bugged out — seriously, smell the roses and detach from things — nobody will miss your activism
- bring Jesus into your heart every damn night, or whatever your spiritual touchpoint amounts to
- I’ll occasionally chill with a cigar (Nicaraguan)
- you’re obviously not in the musical/art space. Try that.

Interesting. Statistically, i think there is some good people out ‘there’ who have all just about had it.
The time draws near to rip the band-aid off, perhaps.
If they arrest Trump it’s going to start to ‘get interesting’.
He found a way to sobriety and I as a young kid went with him to setup the meetings… coffee, donuts …. 6 to 10 years old. Listened to a lot of personal stories. Made a huge mark on my life.

2 6-packs of small candy bars
The candy was nearly $5 of it.
Oops 2nd receipt make that over $18 not quite $19.
The cheap pasta 🍝 would have been over $13 of it.
It won’t be great eating but it will at least be....... eating.
I can easily survive one one can of food per day. It takes me about 3 weeks to get used to it and I’m not so hungry.
Eating ...... Makes me hungry.
If I eat a big meal I’m pretty hungry again in about 12 hours.
The less I eat, the less hungry I am.
Stop drinking the hard stuff!!! Drink beer instead. Stabilize on beer, then proceed from there. Whiskey and vodka will rot your brain fast.
When you are lying down on your couch in a semi-coma, pray to God and or Jesus to save your sorry ass. It works anytime for everyone. Drinking or not.
We’ve always known that you can’t vote your way out of communism. It will soon be all hands on deck. Stay sober and vigilant. We have an awesome ally that others cannot see. Never forget that.

Instead of crying about a ship that lies wrecked on the bottom of the sea look after yourself, find some contentment in the world around you and get busy making plans to cover your ass for the coming hard times - that'll definitely keep your hands busy and your mind occupied in a positive way. Do something, anything, but wallow in self pity - self pity is a killer as is rage without taking action against that which you're raging against. And yeah, go easy on the booze - getting ripped only makes you depressed afterwards. If you're so inclined to, ask God for help - He's always there for you. . .
