I think it’s possible that the FIB attempted to grab the declassified documents on operation Crossfire Hurricane that could have been stored at Mar-a-Lago and stuff them down a black hole. The only documents that can be placed into evidence are what Durham has. Now it looks like it was the same crew that did Crossfire also did Mar-a-Lago. Durham keeps holding his fire until he sees the white of their eyes.
Regardless, I think given the likelihood of Devolution, it would either be with the military (most likely) or within reach of Trump, not at a separate estate. I don’t think the Deep State would look for the nuclear football in a location separate from either the military or Trump.

Any leak of impending arrest would likely have consequences for those trying to perform the deed.
Depending on how they try to arrest Trump, they may find out they can get to him but can't get him out because they are surrounded by masses of supporters.
Or, that they can't get to him and have to call out the National Guard to force their way through the masses of supporters.
I harken back to Scavino posting the door with the number 45 that was posted the day the Mar-a-Lago search warrant was issued. Keep an eye on Scavino for posting handcuffs or a glass of water (the two-handed drink during one of Trump's speeches that was decoded as indicating handcuffs).
