There are some interesting legal questions being debated here and there, but the situation is indeed alarming related to the alleged "Nuclear" documents DJT may (or may not) have had at Mar-a-Lago.
POSSIBILITIES:

This is by virtue of a "Blanket order" the President put in place so that he could continue working from his residence.
The sticky wicket is going to be if there are actually highly-classified nuclear documents as the LEAKERS CLAIM. Some (for example on FR) are claiming that such documents cannot just be blithely declassified by a President. (I do not yet know about this. Perhaps it may be litigated.)
Wouldn't it be amazing if the FBI raid forced exposure of the URANIUM 1 treason (Note: nuclear), including payoffs? The Obama nuclear/Iran bribes, such as kickbacks from that pallet of cash?

Trump may be arrested - would that be considered the “Scare Event” Q wrote about?

For a long time, I thought threats of war would be the scare event. My second choice/guess was a serious energy shortage - either no gas or electric grid down in large areas. But when I started thinking about the possibility of Trump being arrested, that got added to my list of guesses.
The one argument against arrest as a “scare event” is that it wouldn’t be scary to the Trump haters.
Also, I’ve wondered if the scare would be worldwide or just USA-wide.

We were both fine, or so I thought. Got back on, kept going. Months later I was still limping and was taken for an x-ray. (In the days when you didn’t know the results of an x-ray until a day later.) I was in gym class when they came over the loudspeaker and called me to the office, “Tell her to bring her things.” I had this cold dread come over me. Then when I saw my dad’s face as he was waiting outside the principal’s office, I knew it was bad. He didn’t know what it was, just that they had called and said to get me to the hospital immediately. I was put in traction that afternoon and they did surgery on me the following Monday. I spent the next 6 months on crutches and my mother made me swim 60 laps in the pool every day. I now have a permanently turned out thigh bone, which sometimes gives me knee pain and affects my lower back as well, but overall okay. I can’t run very well, but never really could, and the injury definitely caused an imbalance in my riding which was really difficult to deal with…hip flexors being the most important element of a good jumper rider.

Doesn't it look like that painting is photoshop'd into the frame? The bottom of the frame is missing a decorative edge and is much narrower than the other three sides. Other observation is that the painting is too bright, as if the focus is to be on the painting because it is a message. Melania is just a distraction here.
The original painting is in a Museum in Romania, if I'm not mistaken.

Re the nuclear football. I don't believe President Trump would, under any circumstances, give the Chinese puppets the nuclear football. We'd be in detention camps by now, had he done so.
Devolution (which I believe would explain a lot) or no devolution - President Trump swore an oath to defend our country from enemies foreign and domestic, and he would not give the football to China via Brandon.
The football would be guarded from capture. I don't know if it's kept in Trump's possession or not. Having 45 retain possession of the football means he'd need to be kept updated on threats on a moment by moment basis and not pose any sort of delay/bottleneck, and therefore I believe the nuclear football is with the military.
Regardless, I think given the likelihood of Devolution, it would either be with the military (most likely) or within reach of Trump, not at a separate estate. I don't think the Deep State would look for the nuclear football in a location separate from either the military or Trump.
I don't believe the Deepies were searching Mar Lago for the football. They have other means to pretend the start of a nuclear war, and whatever 'show' they put on would be orchestrated. They are allowing the optics of Biden actually retaining the football, so a purported nuclear launch would be attributed to him - bad optics?
I like other explanations better.
